Laight Street

The Tribeca residence exudes a strong downtown vibe - celebrating the masonry building the apartment sits within, the design was a balancing act between grit and chic. Due to the configuration of the public space, it was important to foster a bi-directional seating arrangement, to both the kitchen area and lounge area. A mix of rich materials for the tables and lighting brought an added layer to the industrial-like architectural interior.
