Harta
This venue features four distinct areas, utilization the strengths of the restaurant’s footprint on the site: a high-energy street-side “arcade”, the double-height bar/lounge, an intimate dining room, and a back courtyard. A bold mural announces Harta’s presence on the street. The restaurant serves as connector for the property’s other venues, with monumental spiral stair to the wine bar upstairs, and taco joint in the alleyway just off the back of the courtyard.
Harta is Hotel Grayson’s signature restaurant, occupying the hotel’s entire street front on 39th Street in Manhattan, NYC. It is a collaborative exploration of regional Mediterranean cuisine, led by Chief Culinary Officer Jonathan Benno and Executive Chef Mark Zuckerman. Harta is one of Hotel Grayson’s four F+B venues, of which Dutch East Design provided naming, branding, and interior design.
